What services does Chriselle provide?

That depends on the client’s needs. Our first step is to complete a need assessment. We recognize not all clients are the same, and each has their own goals, objectives, and philosophies. Once the need assessment is complete, we propose a team concept whereby we work together with the client to determine how we can accomplish their objectives - efficiently, meticulously, and cost-effectively.

Where do I start in choosing a destination?

Our experience shows that there are four key destination criteria:

  1. Your event objective (sales meeting, incentive program, regional meeting, etc.)
  2. Your travel history (where have you gone before)
  3. Seasonality (the time of year you are planning on travelling)
  4. Your budget

Do you handle events outside of Canada?

Yes. Our experienced program managers can organize an event anywhere in the world - on land, or at sea! Previous conference locations have included Nassau, Grand Cayman, Florida, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and most major cities in North America. We’ve also organized various cruise-based conferences.

If we want to arrange a program outside of North America, will we have language difficulties?

Our experienced multi-lingual staff have established excellent relationships with suppliers all over the world. Their experience and local insights will ensure any language issues are totally transparent to your group – wherever you go.

Will you arrange air travel for all attendees or must I make these arrangements?

From airline negotiations to ticketing, Chriselle can certainly take care of all the details for you. If, however, you would prefer to handle your own flight arrangements, we will arrange to meet your delegates at the airport upon arrival.

Do we have to arrange our own guest speakers?

Only if you want to. However, as a full-service conference management company, we can access an extensive network of national and international speakers and celebrities, and will be pleased to work with you to find the right personality for your particular needs.

Do you get involved in the printing of conference agendas, and invitations?

Yes, our close partner alliances with different support services means we can expeditiously meet all your conference-related requirements.

Some of our delegates do not have Internet access. Will they have trouble registering?

Absolutely not. We will work closely with you to set up a registration process that best suits your needs – anything from mail, to fax, Intranet, e-mail, customized web site, or a combination of these methods.
